1. How do l upload an audio for covering?

2 Ways: 'Click on the upload button or drag and drop files to upload' and 'Paste the YouTube singing video link'.
2. How many times can I use free models for free?

A new account can use TopMediai AI Cover for 2 times free. More than 2 times, you should upgrade your subscription on Pricing page.
3. Can I listen to anyone model singing before covering?

We don't provide an audition, but you can visit TopMediai Creation Hub for listening the cover that made by other users.
4. What are the differences between ai chorus and ai duets?

AI duets automatically assign singing parts to the voices you select, with each voice taking turns to sing.

AI chorus, on the other hand, allows all selected voices to sing a song together at the same time.
5. For ai duets&chorus, can I select 2 or 3 same voice models?

Of course you can. You can select all the same voice models.
6. Can I cover the song that I have ever made with Topediai AI Music Genetator?

Yes. After select a voice model, you will see an option: 'Add from the ai music l create', click on it and select a created song.

1. How do I start covering song?

For solo cover: Select a voice model first then try uploading/dropping an audio file or paste the YouTube singing video link on the red box. Finally click on 'Generate AI Cover'.

For chorus&duets cover: After choosing a voice model, select duets or chorus option, then click on the '+' button to add a new voice, you can add up to 2 new voices. Finally click on 'Generate AI Cover'.
2. Can I change the language of the song I upload to the native language of the chosen artist?

No, this feature is not yet supported. If the uploaded song is in English, the cover by the chosen artist will also be in English.
3. Can I download the models for YouTube?

You can’t download the models for YouTube or other platforms. But you can share your covering songs on above platforms.
4. How to resolve the issue of 'You have a task in progress, please try again later'?

This problem occurs when your previous cover task has not been completed. Wait a few moments before clicking 'Go cover it' again.
5. How can l solve the issue of 'Your file is detected as corrupted, please select the file to upload again'?

When facing this issue, click 'upload again.' If the problem persists, check if the audio file is encrypted. Ensure it can be played normally. If the error persists, try uploading another audio file.

1. How can I download my cover song?

There are 2 ways to download your covered song:
1. When you cover done, click on '…' icon, and select 'download'.

2. Visit 'My Creation', find the song that you covered, click on '…' icon, and you will see the download option.
2. Why is there a lot of noise in my covered song?

There are two reasons:

Reason 1: The uploaded audio itself has a lot of noise.

Reason 2: The song you uploaded has excessive harmony and reverb, similar to a DJ remix.

Please check for these issues in your audio. If there are no problems, consider trying to cover again.
3. Why is the artist's voice hoarse or unclear in my covered audio?

The reasons could be:

Reason 1: The uploaded audio itself has a lot of noise.

Reason 2: The song you uploaded has excessive harmony and reverb, similar to a DJ remix.

Please check for these issues. If there are no problems, consider re-covering or uploading a different song.
4. In what format is the downloaded audio available?

Currently, it's available only in MP3 format.
5. Can l download my covered song forever?

Yes. Your covers will be permanently saved in 'My Creation', check and download on 'My Creation' > 'AI Cover.'
6. How can I adjust the pitch of my cover song?

Click on the '…' icon of your cover song, and select 'pitch' option, then you can adjust it from '-12 to 12'.
7. That can I do with my cover song? Such as reuse/use my voice to cover/generate videos?

After you generate a cover, click on ‘…’ icon, you can see there are many options for choosing: Downlaod, Pitch, Mark as, Go cover my original songs, use your voice for cover song, Generate cover song videos and delete.

Downlaod: Learn from Question 5.

Pitch: Learn from Question 6.

Mark as: There are 3 emoji for you to evaluate the song. (Good, Just so so or Bad)

Go cover my original songs: Cover the song that you made with TopMediai AI Music Generator.

Use your voice for cover song: it means that you can make your custom voice model to cover song! More introduction will be show on the part of 'About voice training'.
Generate cover song videos: It will automatically generate a sharable video for TikTok or YouTube.

1. How can I access to training voice?

Visit TopMediai AI Song Cover, Click on 'My Voice' on the Top Tab Bar. Or you can click on the banner that written 'Create your own custom voice!'
2. Can I training voice for free?

No, you must pay before making custom voice, there are many plans for you to choose from.
3. That should I do when I want to train a new voice?

Prepare a purely human voice recording, no background music, noise and less than 100M in total. The recommended audio duration is 10-30 mins. After uploading all audios, just wait for a few hours.
