1. How many voices do you have?

TopMediai text to speech provides 3200+ ai voices. And we will keep upgrading them.
2. How to quickly locate and select the voice I want?

Method 1: Click the search box, and then enter the name to search for your desired voice in a second.

Method 2: Start with categories on the left and switch between different voice categories to find the voice you want.
3. What is the meaning of the label of the voice?

Pro: The voice is very advanced and high-quality, deducting 5 times the characters.
Basic: The voice deducts 1x the characters.
4. What if I don't find the voice I'm looking for?

No worries.
Method 1: You can use our ai voice cloning to clone the voice you desire with ease.
Method 2: We'll update the voices regularly, too. You can leave a message on our discord and write down the voice you want.
5. How can I preview the voices? And do all voices support the audition?

Method 1: Please click the play button to preview the voices.
Method 2: You can use the given 5,000 free characters to manually convert the results to preview.
6. Can I use the trial version without paying? Will I be asked to pay the money before starting to use?

Yes, users will have 5,000 characters for free to try our text to speech conversion.
7. Where can I find the newly updated voices?

You can click the icon with 'NEW' on the left to see and use the new voices directly. Besides, you can submit the voice you want at the right bottom.

190+ languages and accents supported in TopMediai text to speech. There are English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Swedish, Finnish, Arabic, Estonian, Filipino, Greek, Gujarati, Hebrew, Korean, Lao, Hindi, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Irish, Japanese, Pashto, Persian, Polish, Romanian and so on.
2. Where can I choose the language?

As shown in the screenshot, click the voice avatar, and then you can see many languages options, choose one you desired.

And please note that if you select different target languages, and the resulting sound language is the selected target language.

1. How to use the parameters?

① As shown in the screenshot, select the text you want to apply the parameters.

Speed: This feature adjusts the reading speed of the entire audio passage.
Volume: This function allows you to adjust the reading volume.
Pitch: This feature allows the anchor to raise or lower the pitch of the voice when reading aloud.
Pause: Pause intervals can be inserted when you want them to.
Emphasis: You can adjust the intensity of the tone you want the anchor to emphasize in the text.
Say as: It allows you to specify how specific text should be pronounced or interpreted by the TTS engine

1. What's the maximum amount of text I can generate at a time?

VIP users: 2000 characters can be converted at a time.
Non-VIP users: Only 1,000 characters can be input and converted at a time. But please know that unpaid users only have 5,000 free characters to use.
2. How do I know how many characters I have remaining?

You can view your remaining characters in the bottom right corner of the input box. Please see the screenshot below.
3. What if I want to add more characters even I has been a vip member now?

If you have been a vip member, and you want to add more characters, click the button on the left bottom with 'Add Characters' to buy the character-added plans. Please note that you should login to your paid account first.
4. How can I get more characters for free?

Method 1: Sign in everyday to get gold coins. Then you can exchange the gold coins for free characters.
Method 2: Create a text-to-speech article to get gold coins.

2. Do you have voice cloning?

Yes, we do have voice cloning service. And each subscription plan enables you to clone your voice. The difference between different plans is the number of clones.
3. Does your text to speech have api?

Yes, for now, our text to speech api is free to use. We are working on a customized api package for the enterprise. Stay tuned.
4. At which point in time can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. At the next billing cycle we will not resume your subscription and you will be downgraded to the free tier.
5. Can I cancel the subscription after purchase and how?

Yes, you can cancel it anytime. Check here to read the guide.

1. What are the possible causes of a conversion failure?

Case 1: Your Internet status is not good. Please check your network.
Case 2: The voice you have selected is currently being used by many people, please try again later.
Case 3: Check if you have enough characters left.

1. How many times can I download the generated audios?

Download is only available for VIP/SVIP users to use. Unpaid users cannot download the generated audio.
2. What are the formats of the output audio?

Users can download the output audio in the format of WAV.

PC users: press ctrl+F5 to force a page refresh.
