4. Complaints and appeals

Obtain consent: After cloning another person's voice and obtaining the other person's authorization, the ownership and commercial use rights of the generated cover song belong to you.

Tweaked voice: If the cloned sound has been significantly tweaked and is no longer recognizable, ownership and commercial use rights to the resulting cover song belong to you.

5.3 Use the platform's voices: Use the voices built into our platform to perform covers, and the ownership and commercial use rights of the generated cover songs belong to you.

About the music generated by the platform:

The musical works (including cover songs) generated on our platform belong to you. Our algorithm uses very sophisticated techniques to ensure that the music generated is unique and of high quality.

About voice training: If you train a custom sound model using our platform, the model and the voices it generates belong to you.

User-Generated Content (UGC)

All content created, submitted, or posted by users through the AI generation features or to the community areas of our Service, including images, videos, text prompts, and comments, is considered "User-Generated Content" (UGC).
