AI Products Usage Policy

Scope of Services

This policy applies to all AI tools provided on the platform, including but not limited to TTS (Text to Speech), Voice Clone, AI Music Generator, AI Cover, AI Video Generator, and Audio Tools such as Enhancer, Noise Remover, Voice Cleaner, and Editor.

General Usage Rules

Users must use the platform lawfully and responsibly. Any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity is strictly prohibited. This includes fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, copyright infringement, illegal content distribution, malicious misinformation, or attempts to evade applicable laws and regulations.

Users must own or have sufficient rights, licenses, or permissions for any content uploaded to the platform, including text, audio, music, images, video, voice samples, and likenesses. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials are lawful and properly authorized.

Users are fully responsible for any content generated, published, distributed, monetized, or otherwise used through the platform. The platform provides technical tools only and does not assume liability for misuse by users.

Users may not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass subscription limits, abuse free credits, scrape data, automate excessive requests, or gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or services.

Users may not use platform outputs, models, voices, or technologies to develop competing products, replicate platform capabilities, or train external systems without written authorization.

TTS (Text to Speech)

The TTS service may not be used for scam calls, robocalls, fake customer support voices, impersonation of banks or government agencies, misleading advertisements, hate speech narration, adult unlawful content, or any deceptive communication.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity.

Voice Clone

Voice Clone may not be used to clone any real person’s voice without consent, including celebrities, influencers, public figures, family members, or private individuals.

Users may not use cloned voices for impersonation, scams, forged recordings, fake evidence, identity deception, or misleading public communications.

Voice cloning is considered a high-risk feature and may be subject to enhanced review and stricter enforcement.

Serious violations may result in immediate removal of access, suspension, or permanent bans.

AI Music Generator

The AI Music service may not be used to generate infringing melodies, imitate known artists without authorization, create defamatory songs, spread harmful propaganda, upload spam music at scale, or produce unlawful content.

Violations may result in content removal, export restrictions, account limitations, suspension, or permanent bans.

AI Cover

AI Cover may not be used for unauthorized covers of copyrighted songs, publication of celebrity voice covers without permission, misleading fake artist releases, or commercial use of cloned singer voices without proper rights.

This feature may involve both music copyright rights and voice or personality rights. Users are solely responsible for securing all necessary permissions.

High-severity violations may result in immediate permanent account bans.

AI Video Generator

The AI Video service may not be used to create deepfake fraud, fake news videos, sexual exploitation content, violent extremist propaganda, political manipulation campaigns, fake surveillance footage, forged evidence, or deceptive impersonation materials.

Violations may result in immediate removal, permanent suspension, evidence retention, and further legal action where required.

Audio Tools

Audio Tools, including enhancement, denoise, vocal isolation, editing, and voice effects, may not be used to reprocess pirated audio for redistribution, remove watermarks for unauthorized reuse, manipulate recordings as false evidence, or evade copyright detection systems.

Violations may result in warnings, export restrictions, suspension, or permanent bans depending on severity.

Violation Levels & Penalties

Minor violations may result in warnings or educational notices.

Repeated or moderate violations may result in temporary restrictions, feature limitations, or account suspensions.

Serious violations may result in long-term suspension or permanent account bans.

Illegal activities may be escalated to relevant authorities where required by law.

Zero-Tolerance Content

The following content or conduct may result in immediate permanent enforcement action: child sexual exploitation content, terrorism promotion, organized fraud, identity theft, malicious deepfakes, organized piracy, criminal tool distribution, extortion, or severe threats of violence.

Appeals Process

Users who believe enforcement actions were made in error may submit an appeal through official support channels with relevant account information, proof of rights or authorization, context, and supporting evidence.

Eligible requests will be reviewed in accordance with internal compliance procedures.

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect legal, technical, operational, or product changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
